Part Time position with possibility to expand to full time

This is an ideal position for a highly organized, well-rounded person who is self-motivated and can work independently.

Candidate must be a motivated self starter, be able to pay attention to detail and show initiative.

Description:

Job duties include:
Answer and respond to telephone calls
Scheduling appointments
Filing document
Sort, prioritize, and reply to correspondence received
Maintains complete and accurate files: classifying, arranging, and discarding materials as needed
Maintains the confidentiality of information
Making call looking for new possible clients
Collects, compiles and inputs data and information in order to produce reports
Perform other duties pertinent to the organization supported, as required
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook and Word
